We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Accounts Executive to join our new setup in Singapore’s oil and gas industry.

The HR and Accounts Executive will manage a blend of human resources and accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Address HR policy and benefit queries.
  • Support payroll processing and compliance locally and internationally
  • Organize training, engagement activities, and appraisals.

Accounting:

  • Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closings.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Ensure timely filing of tax and statutory compliance reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Preferably to have at least 2-3 years of working experience in HR & Accounts.
  • Oil and gas industry preferred
  • Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
