We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR and Accounts Executive to join our new setup in Singapore’s oil and gas industry.
The HR and Accounts Executive will manage a blend of human resources and accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records.
- Address HR policy and benefit queries.
- Support payroll processing and compliance locally and internationally
- Organize training, engagement activities, and appraisals.
Accounting:
- Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end and year-end closings.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Ensure timely filing of tax and statutory compliance reports.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial analysis.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Preferably to have at least 2-3 years of working experience in HR & Accounts.
- Oil and gas industry preferred
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
