You will work closely with the operations and engineering teams to document and review operational processes and identify improvements to existing manufacturing and engineering process flows.Primary responsibilities
  • • Process Development: Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for electronic products to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  • • Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to enhance production processes.
  • • Equipment Management (Assembly Jig and tool): Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment like Test Jig, Tool and accessories to ensure optimal performance.
  • • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions, process flow diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
  • • Collaboration: Work closely with design engineers, production teams, and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
  • • Training: Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment.
  • • Safety Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing process engineering.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Software skill: Python
Preferred Certifications:
  • Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
