- Education: Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing process engineering.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

- Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
