  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Reporting to the Account Manager, the successful incumbent will support the sales team on post-sales logistics, documentation, order management, and volume/price control.
  • Job Type: Full-time, permanent opportunity
  • Work Location: Central region
  • Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm
  • Salary: up to $5,500/month + AWS + VB (depending on experience)
The Job:
  • Oversee order processing, ensuring volume and pricing targets are met while coordinating with logistics to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain and analyze sales and export reports to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate volume forecasting and budgeting to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Manage data integrity across forecasting, sales pipelines, contacts, and reporting tools.
  • Conduct business analyses to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Address client inquiries related to orders, shipments, and scheduling.
  • Handle quality claims in collaboration with Quality Assurance and Customer Service teams.
The Talent:
  • Prior experience in food industry is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP) and SAP.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with internal teams and clients.
  • Independent, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Experience in sales operations, supply chain, or logistics with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
