The Manager, Strategic Account Management will drive growth for our high-value partner portfolio through close business relationships, value-creation, and operational and marketing excellence. Reporting to the Lead, Strategic Account Management, ideal candidates should possess quick learning abilities, experience in data-informed business planning, a high degree of comfort with proprietary software systems and a very keen eye for details. Experience and knowledge of F&B operations is a plus.Job Responsibilities
- Manage and expand relationships with existing restaurants and proactively identify further new business opportunities
- Do monthly/quarterly business reviews with your clients
- Achieve and exceed on weekly and monthly KPIs/business goals
- Maintain and grow the revenue and gross profit of each account through constructing and negotiating commercial terms within your portfolio
- Grow the topline for our clients and your portfolio through marketing endeavors, operational excellence tools/metrics, strategic launches/partnerships
- Work with internal support functions to ensure that content, operational, marketing
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of the foodpanda business model and the online food ordering market
- At least 4 years of experience in a client-facing and sales-based relationship management role
- Proven track record of Account Management or Territory Sales with B2B sales experience, preferably in any of the following areas: media, advertising, and e-commerce
- Excellent communication skills, must have a consultative sales approach and be a strong persuader and influencer
- Strong relationship builder, has a positive attitude and is a team player
- Highly driven, is self-motivated, target oriented, resilient and tenacious
- Customer focused, enjoys working autonomously, hits the ground running and demonstrates a willingness to learn
- Strong analytical skills, makes well judged decisions, good numeracy, pays strong attention to detail, is a strong problem solver, demonstrates good commercial awareness and thinks outside the box to generate new ideas
