Your contributions to our joint success:

  • Assist the Area/Branch Manager and manage the day-to-day operations and sales of the outlet
  • Accountable for all staff performances and training (e.g. Customer Service, Sales, etc.)
  • Assist in ensuring proper attendance of all fitness instructors
  • Assist in ensuring proper appointment records
  • Manage staff training, schedule staff roster & conduct weekly staff meeting
  • Ability to motivate all staff

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to work retail hours (5 working days per week)
