Are you passionate about partnering the business to co-create a robust people agenda to develop and retain talents within the company? Our client, a large organization operating in both B2B and B2C markets, is currently recruiting for a strategic HR Business Partner.

What is the role about?

As the dedicated HR Business Partner for the Commercial team, you will be the go-to for expert advice on workforce planning, employee engagement strategies, employee relations, and more. You will take the lead and drive execution for both strategic and operational HR work, in close collaboration with the broader HR COE teams (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Total Rewards). Stakeholder management is critical in this role as it is a fast-paced business, and you will be required to front and present to stakeholders across all levels. As the company is also presently going through transformation, you should demonstrate learning agility, critical thinking skills and be able to navigate change management processes.

Experience Required

Degree with at least 7-8 years of relevant HR Business Partnering experience.

Prior experience from industries such as Ecommerce, Tech - e.g. Streaming Services/SaaS/Digital

Content/Internet Services is an advantage.

Candidates from startups who are keen to join a larger organization are also welcome to apply.

As there is a strong emphasis on partnering with Commercial teams, prior experience in supporting commercial functions such as sales, marketing, business development, customer service etc. is an advantage. You are also analytical, data-driven and detail-oriented. Equipped with excellent writing and communication skills, you are confident in delivering presentations and to challenge the status quo to drive changes for effective HR advisory and service delivery.
