  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

The Job:

Temp Customer Service Officer (12 months – under RE payroll)

7.45am to 5.15pm (Mon to Fri)

8am to 11am (Alt Sat)

OT payable after official working hours

Job Description:

  • Greet and meet every customers in the most friendly manner
  • Handle calls at all times
  • Act as first point of telephone contact for customer support requests
  • Ensure all inbound/ outbound calls, including customer compliments and complaints logged in CRM system are defined
  • Log complete and accurate data within the call logging tool (CRM) and booking appointment (date/time) for all 3 service centres & ensure mobility service are offered to customer at all time

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
  • Able to work under pressure and fast-pace environment
