- Manage all phases of engagement initiatives and activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for team member queries related to engagement programs and events.
- Assist in developing communication objectives and internal publicity plans as needed.
- To take on project administration, assist in managing the workflow and timely completion of projects undertaken.
- Assist in planning, coordinating and executing live and virtual internal events.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments for procurement, facility needs, and project management.
- Assist in creating content for internal announcements and event collateral.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for management on engagement metrics and event outcomes.
- Any other duties assigned.
Education & Experience
- GCE O-Level certificate.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, HR, or event coordination role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse team member base and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
- Basic programming knowledge is a plus, as it aids the role by enabling better communication of technical needs, understanding system capabilities, and automating repetitive tasks such as data entry and reminders for events and initiatives.
