As a Talent Management and Events Specialist intern, you'll be responsible for planning and executing key events and programmes that reinforce the OCBC employer brand. You'll have the opportunity to learn about the latest leadership and HR trends and contribute to the development of talent management strategies that drive business success.How you succeedTo excel in this role, you'll need to be a creative and strategic thinker, able to plan and execute events and programmes that engage and inspire our employees. You'll need to be proficient in event management, marketing, and branding, and have a keen eye for detail. Your ability to conduct research and stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in talent management will be crucial in driving results.What you doYour responsibilities will include:
  • Assist with the planning and execution of key events and programmes that reinforce the OCBC employer brand
  • Assist in marketing and branding of events and programmes, including preparing eDMs, photography, and social media content creation
  • Conduct research on the latest trends and best practices in talent management, and provide recommendations for implementation
  • Assist in the preparation of presentation decks and other materials to support talent management initiatives

  • Experience in event management, with a proven track record of planning and executing successful events
  • Proficiency in Excel and presentation software, with the ability to create engaging and informative materials
  • Experience in social media content creation, with a keen eye for detail and a understanding of what drives engagement
  • Ability to conduct market research and stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in talent management
  • A degree or masters in a relevant field
