  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As a Management Trainee, you will be trained in all aspects of Food & Beverage (F&B) operations. This includes both front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, managing customer relations, overseeing staff, ensuring product quality, controlling costs, and planning budgets.

  • Gain experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysing sales data to drive profitability
  • Ensure that all health and safety standards are met, including food safety regulations and workplace safety procedures
  • Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive sales and attract customers

Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in F&B restaurants
  • Minimum ‘O’ level or Diploma in F&B service or equivalent
  • Willing to be involved in hands on operations
  • Have a positive attitude towards learning and collaboration
  • Physical stamina and ability to work standing for extended periods
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
