  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our ability to acquire, process, and analyse data is key to helping us make informed decisions, design simple processes, and implement targeted strategies to make taxpaying seamless and easy.What you will be working on:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business units across IRAS to re-imagine and enhance IRAS' data management processes, such as data acquisition, data sharing, and data quality management
  • Analyse existing data management processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Elicit, analyse and develop business requirements for data management features as part of the agile delivery cycle, and translate them into impactful user stories
  • Work closely with the project team in user story grooming, sprint planning and demonstrations, and other agile activities to ensure successful deployment of solutions
  • Design comprehensive test cases to simulate user requirements and ensure seamless functionality across features
  • Perform functional testing, data migration verification, and support user acceptance testing activities, including test case execution and result documentation
  • Identify, analyse and track defects to resolution
What we are looking for:
  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline, preferably with background in business administration, accountancy, information technology (IT), or others with strong emphasis on analytical or IT skills
  • Strong analytical, systems thinking and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with engaging and managing multiple and diverse stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Resourceful, independent, motivated and a team player, willing to challenge the status quo
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, cross-agency, and external stakeholder teams to co-develop innovative solutions
Being competent in the following areas is advantageous:
  • Prior experience working on Agile ICT projects
  • Prior experience in managing data processes and quality management, IT projects, and technological capabilities and infrastructure
