We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to manage and optimize day-to-day operations. This role involves manpower planning, resource allocation, issue resolution, and maintaining seamless coordination between various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to resolve operational challenges, and the aptitude to manage and foster relationships with blue-collar workers.

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the Aircon department.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for installation and servicing of Aircon units.
  • Manage the scheduling and deployment of installation and servicing teams to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure all work is completed within established timelines and budget constraints.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control of all Aircon installations and service work.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure all required parts and materials are on hand for timely completion of work.
  • Manage and train a team of installers and servicing personnel.
  • Create and maintain reports for senior management
  • Drive innovation projects
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management, logistics, or a related field.
