About the Role

Join a leading data center operator as a Senior Design Project Manager, where you will play a key role in shaping cutting-edge hyperscale solutions across the APAC region. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with top cloud and enterprise customers, drive innovative engineering solutions, and lead the design process for multi-megawatt data center projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Design & Project Delivery – Oversee the end-to-end design process from concept to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Technical Leadership – Serve as the technical lead, managing design and construction teams while driving continuous innovation in engineering solutions.
  • Customer Collaboration – Work closely with hyperscale and cloud clients, presenting strategic design solutions and technical recommendations.
  • Master Planning & Feasibility Studies – Develop high-level master plans, space planning, and engineering strategies for new data center developments.
  • Vendor & Consultant Coordination – Manage consultant briefs and direct-procured equipment to ensure seamless alignment with design objectives.
What We’re Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience in design and project delivery, ideally within the data center industry.
  • Proven experience working with hyperscale and cloud operators, particularly within the APAC region.
  • Strong decision-making skills and accountability for engineering and design outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging with customers, stakeholders, and leadership teams.
  • Leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams across diverse geographies.
