Our client, MNC set up located in central Singapore is looking for an Onboarding and Learning Specialist to lead and enhance our new hire integration programs across multiple locations, including Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Australia, Japan, and China.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct bi-weekly onboarding sessions (every two Mondays) for new hires across various regions, ensuring a smooth and engaging experienc
Facilitate workshops and training programs (60–90 minutes) with provided materials, fostering learning and engagement
Keep onboarding materials updated by ensuring all data and figures remain relevant and accurate
Collaborate with presenters and team members to ensure smooth session execution, manage unexpected situations, and maintain effective communication
Participate in weekly team meetings to stay informed and aligned, while focusing on onboarding execution rather than decision-making
Track and analyze onboarding experience surveys and facilitator effectiveness to measure and improve program impact.
