Job Description:
- Understand our users and gamify engagement features to drive business metrics while creating fun and delightful user experiences
- Constantly analyzing our key metrics to identify potential issues or business opportunities and come up with feasible solutions or new improvement ideas
- Effectively communicate product plans, context, and outcomes with business teams and cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic alignment
- Collaborate with data PMs, UI/UX designers, engineers, and game designers to identify problems, opportunities, and solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree from any related major
- 3+ years experience in product management. Domain knowledge in E-commerce, growth or gaming are highly desirable
- Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
- Good analytical and logical thinking skills
- Strong ownership and team spirits
- Bilingual in English and Chinese to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with the China stakeholders
