- Answering of queries at EnergyOne counters & phone calls
- Ensure proper daily accounting records for daily collections and submissions and follow up on fees in arrears
- Issuance of locker keys and towels to members and ensure return.
- Record down faulty locks and inform relevant senior staff.
- Assist in the housekeeping of the Centre, (dry & wet areas)
- Ensure compliance to EnergyOne's regulations such as checking for validity of membership
- Provide membership sales support to achieve monthly membership sales and renewals target
- Conduct gym tours for potential new members
- Minimum NITEC or equivalent.
- Diploma in Sports Science, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related fields will be advantageous.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the fitness, hospitality, or retail sectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people of all ages and backgrounds
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multitask
- Customer-focused and service-oriented
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and Public Holidays.
