Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively generating new business by identifying prospects and acquiring new clients;
  • Structure appropriate solutions including (but not limited to) cash management, cross-border solutions, treasury products, trade services and investments;
  • Engagement with ecosystem partners for collaboration and partnerships to develop new streams of business referrals;
  • Build and expand existing client relationships through pro-active contact, account planning, wallet sizing and pipeline management;
  • Identify and prioritize activities to maximize revenue contribution from allocated client portfolio;
  • Partner with stakeholders in ensuring all CDD related policies and procedures are followed.

Job Requirements:

  • University Graduate;
  • 3 plus years of relevant experience in serving business /commercial clients;
  • Experience servicing local as well as international businesses;
  • Sound product knowledge on traditional SME/MMEs financial solutions;
  • Knowledge of operational procedures, documentation requirements, banking practices and regulations;
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
  • Courageous, creative, responsive, and trustworthy;
  • Thrives in an international environment;
  • Enjoys being in a team, engaging with co-workers;
  • Motivated self-starter, identifying opportunities.
