Requirements and Responsibilities
- Proactive to undertake any assignments or tasks which helps in business development, sales and marketing, inclusive of sales leads generation and cold sales. Hunter mentality.
- Assist the Business Development Team in solution demonstrations and process walk-through.
- Implement and conduct surveys to find out market trends and feedback about our solutions.
- Deliver presentations to large group of audience via webinars, social media platforms and in-person conferences/forums.
- Understanding and experience in using and managing digital media effectively for marketing purposes.
- Communicate effectively with users via all applicable forms of communication platforms.
- Conduct training/workshops to client users.
- Provide solution support to client users.
- Involve in testing of mobile and web solution enhancements.
- Stay updated with industry and authority requirements in order to provide feature enhancement requirements to product development team.
- Good proficiency in written communication and documentation.
