  • Provide 24/7 operational support for our data centres, including security, access control, process optimization, audits, and compliance certifications.
  • Monitor and maintain building services to ensure optimal performance of data centre systems and facilities.
  • Lead studies and reporting focused on Green Initiatives, particularly in power utilization and general facility management.
  • Manage the maintenance and daily operations of data centre facilities to ensure uninterrupted availability and fulfill our service commitments to customers.
  • Contribute to team success by managing and strategizing activities with a focus on outcome-based continuous improvement.
  • Oversee and coordinate with vendors and contractors to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Participate in the scheduling, coordination, and execution of significant planned and emergency maintenance events.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Centre Operations support and facilities management within a Critical Information Infrastructure (CII) environment.
  • Possess Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP) would be an advantage.
  • Ability to cope with reasonably high level of stress and demonstrate resiliency, drive and professional integrity.
  • Strong in-depth knowledge in both DC facility management & DC Operations functions.
  • Strong technical and functional knowledge of Data Centre critical systems.
  • Team player with excellent consultative and communications skills and the proven ability to work effectively with internal and external IT/Non-IT stakeholders, vendors & consultants.
