The Role:

As a Customer Relations Officer, you will be the key point of contact for homeowners, ensuring a smooth transition into their new HDB BTO flats. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing homeowner inquiries and concerns related to their BTO flats
  • Coordinating handover processes and ensuring defects are addressed promptly
  • Conducting site visits and inspections to oversee rectification works
  • Working closely with contractors, engineers, and relevant authorities to resolve issues
  • Providing guidance on HDB policies, renovation guidelines, and warranty matters
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer feedback, defect reports, and resolution timelines
  • Ensuring timely escalation of complex issues to the relevant departments
  • Assisting in customer engagement activities, including welcome briefings and community interactions
  • Supporting the team in ad-hoc administrative tasks and reports

What Are We Looking For?

  • Must have prior experience in HDB BTO projects
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or property-related roles
  • Strong understanding of HDB guidelines, BTO handover processes, and defect management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including contractors and homeowners
  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution
  • Willing to work a 5-day work week (Monday – Saturday), with a fixed weekday off
  • Comfortable with on-site work at Bidadari BTO project
