- Provide administrative support for the development, publication and contract management of learning resources, such as monitoring timelines and assisting with the preparation of tender documentations and evaluation • Administer and manage publication contracts such as pricing of learning resources, handling queries relating to contractual issues, liaising with stakeholders on contract variations, fee collection, manage and maintain publication archives • Facilitate user training workshops for the web portal • Maintain web portal such as updating portal information, handling queries related to the learning resources in portal
