- The candidate will assist the Bloomr.SG Lead in the team's business development.
- Be part of a team creating the Bloomr.SG business strategy and client solutions for sales + market.
- Pitch for new projects with Mediacorp Sales Team, including preparation of project's P&L, preparation of pitch decks, conducting presentations
- Participate in preparation of proposals for new client briefs with the Bloomr.SG team including tenders for all related projects including social, creators, MCN & others.
- Project Manage new projects including managing project budget, timeline and client issues.
- Develop new Bloomr.SG products, be it new or seasonal in partnership with the rest of the Bloomr.SG team & their products assisting sales to grown revenue
- Assist with reports such as weekly or monthly revenue reports, sales pipeline meetings, post-campaign analytics
- Liaise with departments such as Finance and procurement for confirmation of administrative matters such as Purchase Orders, Invoicing of projects etc.
- Manage & train a specialized commercial/business group of individuals in partnerships + commercial opportunities
- Diploma/ Degree in business management or related courses
- Preferably more than 5 years of working experience in client management, business development or project management.
- Work experience in social media, influencer marketing & creator economy a plus. Work in multi platforms such as digital media, video production etc would be of benefit
- Experience in the creator economy or talent business a definite plus
