Overview

With ambitious bank strategy in the region a well-established corporate bank is seeking to hire an AVP/VP for the Project Finance team to support the origination and execution of infrastructure finance transactions in Asia, in particular Australia.

Role Responsibilities

  • You will support the Project Finance team with end-to-end duties including origination and execution, including financial modelling, pitch book preparation, transaction structuring through to documentation and deal closing
  • Conduct valuation analysis, trading comparable and precedent transaction analysis
  • Build detailed financial models for valuation and benchmark purposes, as well as financial performance measurement
  • Prepare credit analysis and internal credit approvals and assist in the execution of loan documentation including Facility Agreement, Fee Letters, Security Documents and all other legal documents

Requirements

  • 5-10 years project experience in corporate banking;
  • Experience in Australia Project Finance deals an advantage
  • Financial Modelling experience including strong valuation/credit analysis skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Highly adaptable, a strong team player
  • Strong writing, communication, and presentation/excel and powerpoint skills in English;
  • Due to target customer segment, proficiency in English is a must and Mandarin preferred.
