Human Resource Executive / Senior Executive
Role & Responsibilities
Assist in full spectrum of HR functions which includes the following:
Compensation & Benefits Administration
o Full cycle of payroll management including employees’ data input into system, pay computation, bank transmission, CPF submission, IR8A submission, IR21 submission
o Analysis of employees’ attendance management
o Compile overtime calculations, monthly variable bonus calculations
o Process employees’ expenses / insurance claims
Talent Acquisition
o Screen, select suitable candidates
o Arrange interview appointment
o Issue letter of offer
o Assist in work pass application and cancellation
Employee Relations
o Counsel employees for performance improvement
o Manage grievance / disciplinary matters for corrective actions Learning & Development
o Conduct new employee on-boarding orientation
o Train and re-train employees for compliance to Company policies & procedures
o Basic digital HR training on leave application
o Update training material and maintain training SOPs
§ Performance Management
o Assist to administer full cycle of performance management
§ HR Reports (Internal & Statutory)
o Assist in monthly HR statistical reports
o Computation / submission of quarterly MOM Labour Statistics Report
o Monthly HR Reporting
Requirements:
Diploma in HR management or its equivalent
At least 2 - 3 years of HR administration experience preferable with payroll experience
Candidates must have the attributes of learning spirit, meticulous, numerically strong, analytical, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information, self-motivated, independent, effectively bilingual in English and Chinese for purpose of communicating to outlet operation staff
