Key Roles and responsibilities:
- Managing inventory of assigned profile to meet department and corporate KPI.
- Support all forecast related activities as well as drives forecast accuracy in AP0.
- Engaging in daily or weekly procurement / requisition processes including handling shipments and coordination with warehouse, forwarder and vendors.
- Proactively review vendors backlog, expedite to ensure on-time delivery.
- Close collaboration with warehouse and vendors to ensure smooth Inbound delivery.
- Responsible for assigned material master data and purchase price. Third party trade (Direct dropshipment) and shipment Coordination with CS, forwarder and vendors.
- Initiate continuous improvement pertaining to planning and procurement processes.
- Taking part in or coordinate meetings with other functional teams.
- Carrying out any other tasks related to this position.
- Minimum Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics Management or related disciplines
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Planning & Procurement for regional distribution environmentWell versed in Microsoft Office i.e. MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Good knowledge of international trade including incoterm and inventory management principles
- Proficient in SAP R3/MM module, APO planning tool is preferred Knowledge of Free Trade Agreement and Third Party shipment is an advantage
- Self motivated and result oriented with the ability to work independently
- Attention to detail and capable of multi tasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills for cross function collaboration
