Overview:

As a Sales Executive, you will contribute to the company's growth by driving revenue and supporting our continuous improvement initiatives. You will primarily assist the Sales Manager/Team Leader with various responsibilities, including Sales Out, Audits, Vendor Approvals, Invoices, and more. In this role, you will also be part of a dynamic organization offering a range of services, including the sale of new and refurbished laptops, personal computers, peripherals, and IT Asset Disposition (ITAD).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Continuously learn about new and existing products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with vendors, internal teams, clients, and customers.
  • Communicate effectively with vendors to negotiate solutions and secure competitive pricing.
  • Collect accurate details from vendors and provide confident, well-informed recommendations.
  • Follow up with customers to enhance profitability and ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and offer relevant solutions.
  • Take initiative in managing additional tasks assigned by management or team leaders.
  • Maintain positive and professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and values.
  • Foster effective working relationships with team members and support personnel.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of a diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong drive to quote/bid, eager to learn, and committed to achieving high performance.
  • Hardworking, positive attitude, and adaptable to change and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in basic office functions (Microsoft Office, email, phone usage, and computer systems)
