We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join our PACE Corporate Support & Transformation team at PACE Academy, Singapore Polytechnic. In this role, you will ensure the efficient management of office facilities, assets, and resources while supporting workplace safety, business continuity, and departmental events.What you will be working on:Responsibilities:-1. Office Facilities and Resource Management
- Manage office upkeep, maintenance, and renovation projects.
- Ensure timely provisioning of office essentials (e.g., stationery, equipment) to support optimal operations.
- Implement eco-friendly measures and practices.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of office assets.
- Enforce asset management protocols and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
- Manage the disposal or return of assets as required.
- Work closely with SP Procurement Office to implement policies and procedures in the department.
- Provide advice and necessary support for department procurement requests.
- Ensure department is aligned to SP-wide policies and regulations in areas of office safety, security and business continuity.
- Manage the execution of Business Continuity Management (BCM), fire drills, safety and security audits as required.
- Manage the department calendar such as schedule and coordinate departmental meetings and events.
- Provide logistical support for such meetings and events as required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office and facilities management, or related fields.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in overseeing office improvement projects.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders across SP.
- Candidates with expertise in asset lifecycle management (including IT and physical assets), procurement management, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and/or Business Continuity Management (BCM) in office environment will be considered favourably.
