  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The team works to minimise the damage of inauthentic behaviours on various platforms, covering multiple classical and novel community and business risk areas such as account integrity, engagement authenticity, anti spam, API abuse, growth fraud, live streaming security, and financial safety (ads or e-commerce), etc.

Responsibilities

  1. Follow up with standard process to respond to reported risk cases in a timely and accurate manner via internal platforms and support tools;
  2. Summarize and classify the feedback cases reported, check the response and case solving quality weekly.
  3. Figure out the shorteness or issues of online risk control policy and process while handling cases, work with internal team to improve the policy and process.
  4. Educate internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with our processes;

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and reach agreements with others;
  • Ability to maintain composure in critical situations and communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders;
  • Details oriented, self-driven and curious to learn and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
