  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Management & Scheduling
  • Oversee the overall schedule for part/process/program NPI (New Product Introduction) development builds, from prototypes to mass production.
  • Establish clear expectations and deliverables for the project.
  • Define specific goals and objectives within the project framework.
  • Initiate and manage meetings, setting agendas to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.
2. Communication & Collaboration
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the product designer and internal product development teams, facilitating the communication of design concepts, technical trade-offs, and engineering solutions.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the customer and internal process engineering teams to establish stable and repeatable processes through design of experiments.
  • Coordinate between the customer and internal quality teams for the implementation of SIP, IQC, IPQC, and OQC processes.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage resources and meet customer demand projections, including the procurement of new equipment, hiring new human resources, managing tooling and fixtures, and overseeing shop floor operations.
  • Work closely with strategic suppliers to manage quality, supply, and cost.
4. Financial Management
  • Oversee and manage the cost and expenses of the program.
5. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution
  • Organize reviews or meetings to identify issues and develop optimal, robust solutions that meet customer product and quality requirements.
Job Requirement:
  • Bachelor's in Engineering or Science, knowledge in manufacturing process
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to distil complex issues and detailed analysis into simple, structured frameworks with concrete action plans
  • Relationship-building skills and experience working closely cross functional teams
