The Opportunity:Adecco is partnering with a local corporate gifting company specializing in customized promotional products and branded merchandise, and we are hiring a Product Manager to join their business permanently! Reporting to the CEO directly, the successful incumbent will manage the company's promotional and premium catalog, drive product development for the house brand, and explore new market opportunities. From sourcing and merchandising to inventory optimization and supplier partnerships, you'll play a key role in ensuring quality, creativity, and speed to market.

  • Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm
The Job:
  • Manage Promotional & Premium Catalogue, ensuring the right mix of aesthetics, quality, pricing, lead time, and speed to market.
  • Oversee inventory management, optimizing costs and quantities, discontinuing underperforming items, and launching new products.
  • Lead the development of house brand - research, curate, design, and launch new products while mapping out the product roadmap.
  • Attend overseas trade shows to identify trends, source new products, and build supplier relationships.
  • Secure product design awards to enhance brand credibility.
  • Develop localized products, suppliers, and printers for expansion into new markets.
  • Manage and grow e-commerce channels, mainly Shopee and Amazon.
  • Explore new opportunities in licensed character merchandise (B2B & B2C).
  • Explore and expand into new product categories such as red packets, calendars, and apparel.
  • Lead the Products Team, overseeing merchandising, inventory, samples, and supplier relationships across local and overseas markets.
  • Establish and maintain quality control standards to ensure consistency and excellence.

  • Prior leadership experience with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
  • Both a strategic planner and a hands-on doer who takes ownership and drives execution.
  • Background in design or creative work (personal or professional) is a plus.
