As the Talent & Learning Director for Asia, you will be responsible for overseeing the end to end of talent function across the region.

Responsibilities
This role will ensure the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent to meet business objectives. You will work closely with senior leadership to design and execute talent strategies that foster growth, diversity, and organizational effectiveness. You are a key talent partner and advisor to senior leadership on talent-related matters. Foster cross-functional collaboration between HR, business leaders, and other stakeholders to align talent strategies with business objectives.
Lead talent management programs that include performance management, succession planning, career development, and leadership development. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify critical talent gaps and design programs to address them. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives that support organizational culture and promote professional growth.

Requirements
Proven experience in talent acquisition, talent management and development roles, with at least 15 years of experience preferably in consumer sectors. Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific talent landscape, including regional labor laws, hiring practices, and cultural nuances. Demonstrated experience in managing talent acquisition efforts and managing talent development programs. Experience in designing talent succession programs to identify high potentials using skills assessment and leadership evaluations tools. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and complex environment.
