Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with preschool administrators, educators, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop clear and detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
  • Ensure alignment of business needs with the technical capabilities of the development team.
  • Prepare manuals, training guides, and conduct user training sessions.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Analyze existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation and digital improvements.
  • Create process flow diagrams, use cases, and workflows to support the design of software solutions.
  • Stay updated on trends and regulations in the preschool education sector.
  • Provide insights on new features or improvements that could benefit the preschool domain.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the education or preschool sector.
  • Experience in using or implementing preschool management system or EdTech solutions.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC)s.
  • Strong understanding of preschool management processes, including regulation, curriculum planning, enrollment, attendance tracking, and parent communication.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
