Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with preschool administrators, educators, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Develop clear and detailed functional specifications and user stories for the development team.
- Ensure alignment of business needs with the technical capabilities of the development team.
- Prepare manuals, training guides, and conduct user training sessions.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyze existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation and digital improvements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the education or preschool sector.
- Experience in using or implementing preschool management system or EdTech solutions.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC)s.
- Strong understanding of preschool management processes, including regulation, curriculum planning, enrollment, attendance tracking, and parent communication.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
