  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor (M&E):Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
  • Conduct cost estimation and analysis for tenders.
  • Provide guidance on contractual claims and procurement strategies.
  • Evaluate project progress and prepare detailed reports.
  • Assess completed work and process progress claims.
  • Monitor and document project variations that may impact costs.
  • Perform cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects.
  • Prepare and submit catalogues and sample boards as required.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the department
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in residential and industrial projects.
  • Strong interest in fields such as Engineering Construction, Telecommunications and Investments.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of Singapore's workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
Additional Information:
  • Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 +VB (1 - 2 Months)
  • Working Location: Woodlands
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:45pm
