  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator (Automotive, Incoterms) to join their business!Reporting to the Logistics Manager, we are seeking a candidate with relevant experience in export documentation and a proven track record of working with regional countries, 3PL providers, and stakeholders. Experience with SAP is also required.
  • Permanent, Full-time opportunity
  • Location: MRT Suntec / Promenade
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Salary Package: Basic + Bonus
The Job
  • Managing export logistics documentation
  • Communicate with 3PLs to coordinate shipments to assigned customers.
  • Process, compile and verify documentations (e.g., shipping instruction, packing list, insurance, commercial invoice and/or waybill) on various platforms.
  • Provide such accurate information on correct documents to customers timely.
  • Generate, record and compile monthly internal report(s).
  • Support with relevant BCP activities (including being a secondary person-in-charge).
  • Participate interactively in departmental/ group discussions/ meetings.
The Talent
  • Min Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management
  • Prior experience liaising with reginal countries, 3PL and stakeholder
  • Motivated to be proficient in SAP (SD/MM modules)
