The company is on search of an experienced Regional Training Manager to join their dynamic team. The company is renowned for its commitment to excellence and stands as a leader in its field.The Job:
  • Design, deploy, and refine global onboarding & training, aligning with retail management to boost sales, brand loyalty, and customer engagement.
  • Lead field training: new store openings, onboarding, coaching, workshops, elevating clienteling skills, and product expertise development.
  • Collaborate with retail management to analyze training needs, aligning with business priorities.
  • Continuously improve training through feedback, local initiatives, team development, and sales growth.
  • Conduct store visits for coaching, training, and performance enhancement.
  • Deliver training independently or with partners.
  • Analyze training data via reports and feedback surveys.
  • Maintain an updated training program database.
  • Partner with store leaders to improve Mystery Shopper results.
  • Inspire as a brand ambassador, motivating sales teams and building brand awareness.
  • Build cross-functional relationships to assess training needs and develop customer-centric solutions.
  • Lead workshops and content creation for the annual store leader conference.
The Talent:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of retail/luxury/FMCG training experience. Relevant certification is advantageous.
  • Proven field coaching experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within Southeast Asia.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments and change.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; strong classroom facilitation skills across diverse audiences.
  • Passion for retail and deep fashion/luxury industry knowledge.
  • Self-motivated, independent, energetic, and possesses strong interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative, open-minded, and skilled in cross-functional relationship building.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Flexible work schedule, including in-office, store visits, and occasional evening/weekend hours, with interstate travel.
