Job Description
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations, contracts and work order;
- Handle sales inquiries to provide information on products or services;
- Maintain and update sales records, reports, and database;
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery of products or services;
- Process customer orders accurately and timely, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete;
- Coordinate with Logistics team to ensure that stocks are available;
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer records;
- Assist with data entry and analysis to support sales forecasting and planning;
- Communicate effectively with customers to resolve billing issues and facilitate prompt payment;
- Provide administrative support to manage calendar and schedule appointments.
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma in IT/Engineering or related field is preferred;
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the construction/Engineering/IT industry;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
