Job Description

  • Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations, contracts and work order;
  • Handle sales inquiries to provide information on products or services;
  • Maintain and update sales records, reports, and database;
  • Coordinate with internal departments for timely delivery of products or services;
  • Process customer orders accurately and timely, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete;
  • Coordinate with Logistics team to ensure that stocks are available;
  • Maintain accurate and up to date customer records;
  • Assist with data entry and analysis to support sales forecasting and planning;
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve billing issues and facilitate prompt payment;
  • Provide administrative support to manage calendar and schedule appointments.

Requirements

  • ITE/Diploma in IT/Engineering or related field is preferred;
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the construction/Engineering/IT industry;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
