• Maintain physical library to ensure that publications and shelves are always neat and orderly

• Process new books and repair old books as required (e.g. stamping MAS ownership stamps, adhering call number labels, re-jacketing, etc.) for circulation or shelf display

• Update records related to new library materials, loan status and staff movement

• Facilitate user access to physical and digital library resources by processing loan requests and managing online accounts

• Assist in uploading of info alerts for purpose of dissemination

• Assist in uploading, curating and tagging of photos in Library's archive

• Support ad-hoc projects e.g. help out in logistics for library events and digitisation of MAS publications

Job Requirements :
  • Some related working experience is preferred (2-3 years)
  • Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint required
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
  • Meticulous
  • Able to commit for 12-months
