  • Understands and adheres to departmental policies, executing team tasks to meet established goals.
  • Oversees a sales team focused on selling secondary materials to the Semiconductor, Electronics, and industrial markets.
  • Motivates and guides the sales team, providing leadership to ensure the achievement of set targets.
  • Analyzes market data for Southeast Asia to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manages the sales and supply chain pipeline to ensure efficient operations.
  • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities for growth.
  • Prepares monthly sales reports, including budget forecasts and actual performance, and presents findings to the head office.
  • Willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region as required.
The Talent
  • Diploma or Degree in Business or related fields.
  • Over 10 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing.
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong sales-driven attitude with high motivation.
  • Experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the Southeast Asian market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.
  • Experience or familiarity with Japanese multinational companies is advantageous.
