- Negotiate and manage leasing contracts for IT equipment, ensuring cost-effective agreements that align with the university's strategic objectives and budgetary requirements.
- Contract Negotiation
- Collaborate with the Office of Procurement to negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards during negotiations.
- Contract Lifecycle Management
- Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to approval, execution, renewal, managing contracts in the Contract Document Management System.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and monitor contract performance.
- ITQ/ITT Evaluation
- Participate in tender evaluations, prepare evaluation reports, and seek approval for contract awards.
- Evaluate vendor proposals with stakeholders to select suitable IT vendors.
- Vendor Management
- Maintain relationships with IT vendors, manage supplier performance, negotiate pricing, and resolve disputes.
- Collaborate with the Office of Procurement to optimize vendor relationships.
- IT Procurement System
- Be familiar with procurement systems to manage procurement processes, track contract milestones, and facilitate communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures regarding procurement system usage.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT procurement, contract management, or vendor relations.
- Proficiency in IT procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
- Experience in preparing and issuing ITQ and ITT documents and conducting tender evaluations.
- Familiarity with contract management software and procurement systems.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for IT procurement.
