  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Description

  • To review and approve the QAQC documentation issued by contractors and suppliers, including Inspection and test plan, QC procedures, WPS, PQRs, etc.
  • To participate to the inspections (material incoming inspection, fit-up, visual, final inspection, FAT, hydrostatic / leakage testing, etc) at contractors’ fabrication shop based on the Inspection and Test Plan to ensure that the fabrication work is performed and duly meeting the project specific Quality Requirements.
  • Station at fabricator’s workshop to monitor, supervise the fabrication process. Fabrication / Inspection equipment include Thermal Oxidizer, Combustion chamber, mixing box, ducting, piping, Heat exchanger, stack, structural support, platform, pump, fan, etc.
  • Advice and resolve welding quality and productivity issues in Production
  • Coordinate all the project testing, quality inspection activities, quality issues with client, third party inspector, fabricator and ensuring compliance to project specification.
  • Produces reports of defects and punch list and makes sure remedial actions/follow-ups are carried out and closed out
  • Review and approval all NDT reports
  • Attend QC inspections.
  • To review, comment and approve Contractor's QA/QC Documentation/Dossiers for correctness and conformity before submission to client
  • Field support of contractors during mechanical installation and commissioning if required.
  • Coordinate with client for review and approval of the QC procedures, Inspection report, MDR, etc.
  • Prepare progress and quality report to project team.
  • Other ad hoc jobs assigned by management and project team.

Requirements

  • Welding Inspectors certifications (AWS D1.1 or CSWIP 3.1)
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) mandatory.
  • Able to read drawing, structural, equipment, piping, etc.
  • Able to work independently
  • Experienced in technical design and fabrication processes
  • Knowledge of Non-destructive Testing
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Great troubleshooting skills
  • Team Worker, Mature, Meticulous, Pro-Active Work Attitude & Work Independent
  • Willing to work out of office and travel to different countries.
