  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ALG is currently recruiting Trainee Technicians for our Engine MRO client.This traineeship is an opportunity for aspiring individuals who are keen to join aviation industry but do not meet the pre-requisites as a trained aircraft engine technician. Upon successful completion of the programme, a career as a qualified aircraft engine technician awaits you.Job Responsibilities:The programme encompasses classroom training and on-the-job training.
  • Perform disassembly, assembly and/or testing functions of engines, its associated parts, components, or accessories
  • Utilise machines/ equipment/ tools to carry out disassembly, assembly and/or testing functions of engines, its associated parts, components or accessories.
  • Solve technical issues and perform any necessary troubleshooting to ensure engines pass test with the highest standard in quality
  • Assist line supervisor in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline
  • Upon completion of the training, the qualified aircraft engine technician will have a chance to progress to more advanced technician roles.
  • Career progression opportunity is open to promising technicians.
Job Requirements:
  • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (eg. Aeronautical/Avionics/Mechanical/Mechatronics/Manufacturing/ Electrical/Precision)
  • Completed full-time National Service (for locals)
  • Able to perform rotating shift work
  • Willing to work in the East
