Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Establish sales pipelines by prospecting, forecasting and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
  • Ability to analyse market trending and competitors’ movement
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending essential product / internal coaching workshops, and regularly business networking
  • Sell to new, existing and potential prospects as well as provide sales support to partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process
  • Contributes to overall team effort in service delivery excellency
  • Plan and execute sales activities, site visits/survey required
  • Develop new customer accounts
  • Pre-sales, quotation submission and support various sales activities that drive prospects through the awareness and consideration to decision-making phases of the sales cycle.
  • Provides product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering to customers’ requests
  • Develop and coordinate with Ops team in implementation of agreed solutions for customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Professional Certificate, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent
  • At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience, preferably in security technology and IT/networking/PA field
  • Possess good presentation skills
  • Proven track record of positive sales performance
  • Possess ability to handle large tender and contracts
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD drawing for basic setup**
  • Possess valid class 3 license and with own car
  • Highly self-motivated individual, independent & have a positive roll-up sleeves attitude
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to handle pressure.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must be self-motivated, capable of working independently and be highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate, influence and cultivate relationships
  • Able to multi-task and establish priorities
  • Able to travel overseas whenever required.
