  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • 9.00AM to 6.00PM (Mon-Fri)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Data Collection & Documentation Management
  • Attend and assess tender briefings and site surveys.
  • Review contract documents, conduct measurements, and prepare the Bill of Quantities in a timely manner.
  • Develop and draft tender proposals based on client and project specifications.
  • Prepare and analyze tender submissions.
  • Support cost estimation and quantity measurement.
  • Manage projects from the tender phase to handover, ensuring all documentation is accurately prepared.
  • Collaborate with the Project Team on progress reports, claims, variation orders, final accounts, etc.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement(s):
  • Minimum diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Mechanical & Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Preferably with experience in construction, engineering, security system industry, or the M&E tendering process.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
