We welcome you to join our team as: MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCEWhat you will be working on:What the role is: You will be part of a dynamic team providing human resource (HR) services to the Judiciary comprising the Supreme Court, State Courts and Family Justice Courts. Responsibilities: • Supporting the Senior Assistant Director in the recruitment & selection process • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, facilitating interviews, selecting candidates and following up on related administrative matters • Developing and implementing strategies to attract talent and developing their career in the Judiciary through internal and external postings • Supporting the building of an employee-centric workplace through employee engagement to elevate employees' morale, creating awareness of growth opportunities, and promoting diversity and inclusiveness • Helping to facilitate the selection and onboarding of employees • Reviewing and assessing HR processes and initiating relevant changes and process improvements • Providing HR policy advice to staff • Manage and administer Staff Welfare initiatives for the whole of Judiciary • Any other HR duties as assignedWhat we are looking for:Requirements: • 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience • Familiarity with HR policies and practices in the Public Service is an advantage. • Ability to make sound judgements, and to anticipate as well as resolve issues • Ability to engage and work effectively with stakeholders • Ability to engage and support staff with care and empathy • Strong desire to continuously learn and grow professionally, with a drive to seek constant improvements • Must be IT-savvy Note: The successful candidate will be appointed on a one-year probationary contract in the first instance.
