  • Ensure that all vessel information, quotes, and sales data are accurately recorded and stored digitally, maintaining a detailed database.
  • Manage post-sales activities such as follow-ups, client support, and payment collection.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Certifications in marine operations or sales management are a plus.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in marine dredging, construction, or related industries.
  • Proven experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales support.
  • Skilled in sourcing vessel details and cost estimation in the marine industry.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events; having own transportation is an advantage.
  • A strong network within the marine industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing projects independently.
