- Establish and maintain effective relationships with associates, peers, and managers within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, merchandising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandise operations, project management, data management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in process improvement, operational optimization, and implementing best practices.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments and collaborating with teams such as sourcing, finance, IT, and supply chain.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and process improvements.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused, with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a team with other associates, supervisors, and managers.
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and the ability to foster open communications.
