- Adecco is partnering with a multinational manufacturing company to find a seasoned FP&A professional with strong expertise in FP&A, standard costing, and margin analysis.

- Ownership of Financial Results: Own and drive the compilation, analysis, and reporting of financial results, monitoring achievement against targets at both global and regional levels.
- Forecasting & Budgeting: Support the Senior Manager, Global FP&A by collaborating with Regional VP's, Marketing leaders, Manufacturing, SCM, GHR, and Regional Finance heads to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting processes for all entities, following prescribed timelines for the P&L across the group.
- Cost Analysis & Manufacturing Efficiency: Support the analysis of product standard costing, manufacturing site costs, and related processes to ensure accurate financial data and optimal cost structures.
- Cost Allocation Methodology: Develop, implement, and continuously improve the methodology and processes for compiling global costs and executing the allocation of these costs to the appropriate entities.
- Trend Analysis: Own and drive the analysis of past financial trends, drilling down into details such as profitability per entity, product range, expenses, and production-related costs.
- Variance Analysis: Identify causes of deviation from financial targets and past performance, soliciting explanations from entities and highlighting any irregularities to global management.
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for overseas subsidiaries or international accounts, ensuring alignment with global financial objectives.
- Coordinate with local finance teams to ensure compliance with local regulations and alignment with group financial targets.
- Support analysis related to revenue and margin, including detailed breakdowns by product range.
- Support analysis relating to SG&A (Selling, General & Administrative), R&D costs, and SCM-related costs (Supply Chain Management) and inventory management.
- Own and drive the preparation and analysis of various management reports for senior global management teams.
- Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership based on financial data.
- Collaborate actively with the Group Accounting team in the analysis of month-end financial reporting.
- Degree in Accounting or its equivalent.
- MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- At least 10 years of FP&A experience, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in costing.
- Hands-on experience in a production-oriented business environment, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in financial forecasting, variance analysis, P&L management, and costing models.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, with specific experience in SAP (SAP S/4HANA or SAP Business Warehouse is an advantage).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, financial modeling, and advanced functions).
- Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with multicultural teams and communicate across various global team members.
- Strong sense of urgency in meeting reporting deadlines.
- Fluent in business English. Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
