ALG is hiring a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Specialist for our Aerospace Logistics MNC client with a facility in Loyang, Singapore. This role focused on coordinating responses to customer inquiries for spare parts requirements and facilitate delivery problem resolution. This role involves managing the collection and processing of supplier and/or customer data regarding spare parts, provisioning products, or related services. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and efficient material delivery, manage customer orders, and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

This is a 1 year contract role (January 2025 - December 2025).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review customer purchase orders to assess and understand requirements.
  • Process and maintain customer purchase orders, including order entry and portal management within the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff, Sales, and Quality teams to resolve orders in a timely manner.
  • Prioritize orders based on required ship dates and perform analysis to address issues efficiently.
  • Research in ERP systems to resolve order issues and manage open orders pending resolution.
  • Ensure timely shipment of critical orders through internal coordination and liaison with functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor and expedite complex and urgent orders.
  • Resolve customer claims with functional departments, including Accounting, Quality Assurance, Credit & Rebill, and Return Material Authorization processes.
  • Analyze root causes, recommend, and implement corrective actions to address issues.
  • Support cash collection efforts by coordinating with Account Receivables.
  • Maintain pipeline health by monitoring part usage and demand, collaborating with customers, Sales, and Planners.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of related work experience, including Program Management and/or Customer Support.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment and proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Effective multitasking and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
