  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope

  • Provide timely support to the site in gLIMs master data creation I modification, Empower project administration/ customize report, periodic DI evaluation of QC equipment/ system, administration for computerized system where required.
  • Work closely with Lab Operation, QA, Supply Chain and Production personnel to support them in any troubleshooting when required.
  • Assist in Retain sample management-gLIMS related.
  • Perform equipment qualification and validation where required.
  • Perform equipment maintenance, verification and calibration in accordance to procedures where required.
  • Write and/or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the laboratory.
    Ensure all documentation and quality records are conducted in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (OLP) requirements and that they are filed in accordance with existing policies.
  • Follow the ALCOA principles.\
  • Review reports and ensure that all laboratory documents are in a constant state of regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
  • Train fe11ow colleagues on written procedures and SOPs and on the job training
  • Participate in investigations/incidents, and implement appropriate corrective action and ·preventive measures.
  • Participate actively and contribute to site project teams.
  • Actively participate in Safety initiatives, typically a role model for other analyst. Ability to perform investigation
    related to EHS.
  • Participate in 5S team initiatives and practice good housekeeping.
  • Close coordination with cross function colleagues/ Vendors to achieve desire outcome ( e.g. Lab equipment installation/Validation/ Service contract).
  • Commitment to work and positive influencer/role model/motivate others for overall operational excellence.
  • Lead in CI initiatives to improve work processes, delivering better customer experience to our stakeholders.
  • Conduct/lead in investigations/incidents, conduct PHP interview with colleagues, identify root causes and implement appropriate corrective action and preventive measures.
  • Ability to identify and perform troubleshooting of complex (eg HPLC, GC-HS, AAS) laboratmy equipment where
    required.
  • Advise on the systems troubleshooting and follow up with appropriate course of action.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to new colleagues.
  • Ability to stand-in and make routine operation decisions on behalf of sllperviosrs in their absence.

Requirement:

  • Degree or Diploma in Science (preferably Chemistry) or Chemical Process Technology.
