  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Adecco is partnering with a Fast-Growing Co. We are looking for legal counsel with a strong background in handling commercial contracts and M&A transactions to join the team!
  • As Legal Counsel, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the counterpart across Asia (including China) and other regions to provide strategic legal advice, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and support the company in mitigating legal risks.
The Job
  • Commercial Contracts & Negotiation - Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements while advising on legal risks and obligations.
  • M&A & Corporate Transactions - Support due diligence, draft transaction documents, and collaborate with external advisors for smooth deal execution.
  • Company Listing & Compliance - Assist in IPO and listing processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and preparing legal filings.
  • Corporate Governance & Legal Advisory - Advise on governance, regulatory matters, dispute resolution, and internal legal policies.
  • Stakeholder Management & Risk Mitigation - Work closely with business teams, regulators, and external counsel to safeguard the company's legal interests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law or with relevant certificates.
  • More than 6 years of relevant corporate law experience, focusing on commercial contracts, M&A, and corporate transactions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and drafting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with listing regulations, corporate governance, and securities law is a plus.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and fluent in Chinese to work closely with counterparts in China and review contracts in Chinese.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamics environment!
